Operational Manager
Natasja brings over 18 years of experience across the offshore, maritime and energy industries having worked across a broad range of disciplines including operations, project support, cost control, marketing, communications and business support. This diverse background gives her a strong practical understanding of both project execution and the operational processes that keep a business running effectively.
At SCA, she works closely with project teams throughout the full lifecycle contributing to planning, coordination, administration, cost control and tender support. Alongside this she supports internal processes HR activities, marketing initiatives and company events, playing an important part in keeping the organisation running smoothly day to day.
Natasja values collaboration and continuous improvement and genuinely enjoys the dynamic nature of the offshore and subsea industry where every project brings new challenges. Outside of work, she loves to travel, discover new cultures and spend time with her family.
