Project Director
Hendrik ten Hoeve serves as Project Director of SCA, overseeing the successful delivery of key projects within the company’s cable handling and offshore equipment activities. In this role, he focuses on project execution, coordination and commercial performance, working closely with clients, partners and SCA’s project teams.
Hendrik brings extensive international experience to his role at SCA. He spent fifteen years at SMIT International in various operational, commercial and general management positions, including heading up the Heavy Lift division. He subsequently spent several years in Singapore leading Compass Energy, an owner and operator of oil and gas production facilities, where he further developed his expertise in complex offshore operations.
With a career spanning both established offshore industries and emerging markets, Hendrik combines hands-on operational insight with commercial and strategic experience, supporting SCA in the successful execution of complex cable handling and offshore projects.
