Hendrik ten Hoeve serves as Chief Executive Officer of SCA, holding overall profit and loss responsibility for the company. As chairman of the leadership team, he sets the strategic direction, oversees major decisions, and drives the organisation toward sustained success in the cable handling and offshore equipment sectors.
Hendrik brings extensive international experience to his role at SCA. He spent fifteen years at SMIT International in various operational, commercial and general management positions, including heading up the Heavy Lift division. He subsequently spent several years in Singapore leading Compass Energy, an owner and operator of oil and gas production facilities, where he further developed his expertise in complex offshore operations.
With a career spanning both established offshore industries and emerging markets, Hendrik combines hands-on operational insight with strategic leadership, guiding SCA's continued growth and reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in cable handling solutions.
