Technical Director
Kasper graduated from Delft University with an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. He has built a career in the offshore industry and has been actively involved in the development of mission equipment for almost 30 years.
Kasper is the founding father of quadrant handlers and has led the development of SCA’s hybrid roller. He also played a major role in the development of several cable lay spreads, including Van Oord’s Nexus, DEME’s Living Stone and, more recently, N-Sea’s Altera.
Within SCA, Kasper is responsible for the overall technical quality of our systems, safeguarding functionality, manufacturability and operability.
His technical expertise, creativity and pragmatic approach are highly valued by both customers and colleagues.
