Commercial Director
Mike Welling serves as Commercial Director at SCA, leading the company's commercial activities and strategic partnerships across the global offshore industry. He works closely with vessel designers, EPCI and T&I contractors, O&M providers, and vessel owners to develop tailored solutions for complex offshore projects.
With a strong interest in mission equipment, Mike brings hands-on experience spanning offshore monopile installation and handling equipment, motion-compensated access systems, and cable-lay systems. This combination of technical understanding and commercial strategy enables him to identify and shape practicable solutions for the most demanding offshore operations.
By bridging engineering insight with commercial acumen, Mike plays a central role in positioning SCA as a trusted partner across the offshore value chain — from concept and design through to installation and long-term operations.
